Can it know my actual stock and expiry dates?
It reads the records in your connected system. Accurate updates depend on recording purchases, recipes, wastage, stock counts and batch expiry dates. Alerts support your team's checks. They do not inspect food or replace food-safety procedures.
Will the assistant make changes without asking?
We agree the permissions during setup. Most cafés start with reports and recommendations. Actions such as placing orders or changing prices can stay subject to your approval.
Where do I receive the updates?
Nexum connects a supported messaging channel, such as Telegram or WhatsApp, based on your chosen setup. Channel availability and any provider costs are confirmed during scoping.
Do I have to add the assistant?
No. Odoo POS works on its own. The assistant is an optional addition you can scope now or later.
